STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

GE X-Ray Flashpad Detector Marion, Illinois

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION. – Marion, Illinois Veterans Medical Center is requesting a X- Ray Flashpad Detector Model Number : Optima XR220 Part Number 5399000-9. (Brand Name Only) The Marion Illinois VA Medical Center will accept refurbished equipment in this solicitation as long as there is a 6 month warranty on the device.

2. SCOPE AND MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS.
