Questions and Answers 8/28/2023

- Can service providers utilize appropriately certified disposable sleep study kits?

Some of the items that attach to the monitor can be disposable but the monitor itself should not be disposable.

- The solicitation states there is a need for “hands on training by local representative” but otherwise states that support is conducted remotely. Can bidders utilize telephonic/video to support the patients thus negating the need for anyone in the local area?

Bidders can utilize telephonic/video to provide patient support. In-person training is not needed.
