This amendment is to answer questions in regard to solicitation 36C25522Q0349_1.

1. Please see attached document for questions and corresponding answers.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

1. What is the amount of hours the current contractor spent on site at each location?

- Approximately 1- 3 hours at the main facility. The CBOCs and transitional housing buildings are not covered under the current contract.

2. How many after hours service requests have then been in the past 12 months for each location?

- The majority of service calls are preformed after 4pm. Out of 90 calls, 80% are after 4pm. Most of the calls during the day are for bed bugs and pests that close to patient care areas.

3. What is the number of bed bug service requests over the past 12 months for each location?

-Approximately 20 at the main facility.

4. Has any of the scope of service changed from this Solicitation compared to that of the last awarded contract? If so, what has changed?

- The addition of service from 1 day a week to 2 days a week at the main facility as well as the addition of the CBOCs and transitional housing.

5. What is the current number for exterior rodent bait stations for each building? Does the government expected to be provided under this new contract?

-Approximately 20 exterior bait stations at the main facility that are maintained and serviced by the contractor.

6. Will there be any preference for SDVOSB Certified contactors?

-The solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.

7. How many service calls for wildlife occurred over the past 12 months for each location?

-None.

8. What is the current number for interior Fly Lights for each building? Does the government expected to be provided under this new contract?

-Approximately 22 interior fly lights at the main facility that are maintained and serviced by the contractor.
