Services to maintain the PACS and CCTV Systems at the Leavenworth and Topeka VAMCs. The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Provide answers to vendor questions. Please see attached Q/A on page 2
2. Updated SOW to reflect the removal of reference to Genetec Video Equipment on pages 3-7
3. Vendors may schedule a site visit with the facility POC at derek.ursuy@va.gov, during regular business hours (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) the week of April 4-8, 2022. Any cost associated with a site visit will be at the vendor's expense
4. The due date/time for this requirement will be extended until 04-11-22 at 12:00 pm CST
Jessica D. Barton Contracting Officer
1. Maintenance Software Upgrades, as part of the SOW requirements The CCure9000 software is located on a (server computer). The POC cannot provide the model/type at this time
2. Paragraph 24 in the Technical Requirements and Deliverables references Genetec Video Equipment, but on the list for each site Bosch and ExacqVision were referenced. Please clarify which platform is being used?
The reference to Genetec Video Equipment has been removed from the SOW. The cameras are currently being run on both Bosch and Exacqvison. The intent is that all cameras will eventually be on Exacqvison.
3. Request a complete inventory, dates of installation, if possible, software versions and build dates, copies of previous test reports, and copies or summary of previous repairs from the past 2 years.
The current facility POC is unable to provide the requested information at this time. The system was installed in 2006 with parts being replaced as needed. Unsure of software version. We do not currently have and service records over the past 2 years.
4. The Scope of Requirement point 6 states “Vendor must be able to communicate directly with current systems without delay.” Does this mean a secure remote connection with the awarded Integrator into each (PACS & CCTV) server(s) will be required? If so, will the VA or Integrator be responsible for the remote connection and what cybersecurity protocols will be utilized?
There is no remote access to the system.
5. The Technical Requirement and Deliverables point 2d states “Service Technician shall be available to provide full maintenance while on-site. This includes: … software updates…” To perform software updates the manufactures in question (Software House, ExacqVision) require an SSA to be in place. Please provide the Ccure 9000 Serials IDs for each Access Server and the ExacqVision MAC address for each NVR. These are required to accurately quote this RFQ and service the system in question. Bosch DVRs do not have an SSA requirement for software updates.
