B.2 SCHEDULE OF SERVICES
This is a fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity solicitation since it is impossible to determine with any certainty the amount of services that will be required under this contract. The period of performance for this contract will be for a Base Year plus four (4) Option Years. There is no guarantee that option years will be exercised. The minimum value of services and maximum value of services to be provided under this contract during each contract year are as follows:
A. The prices provided in the Price Schedule shall be inclusive of all CLINs defined in the PWS.
B. In accordance with FAR Clause 52.216-22, Indefinite Quantity, the contract minimum is $1,000.00 applicable only during the Fiscal Year (FY) of the base period.
C. The overall maximum contract amount established for this contract is $650,000.00.
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (Ordering Period): This is a single award IDIQ solicitation, based on the Government’s needs. Only one contractor will be awarded an IDIQ contract from this solicitation. Listed below are ordering periods that may be awarded to a contractor based on the Government’s needs:
Base Period: TBD - Base Period: Period of 12 months which begins on the contract award date.
Option 1: TBD - Period of twelve months immediately following the end of the base year.
Option 2: TBD - Period of twelve months immediately following the end of the option year one.
Option 3: TBD - Period of twelve months immediately following the end of the option year two.
Option 4: TBD - Period of twelve months immediately following the end of the option year three.
**Note** Task Orders will be issued by the Contracting Officer for no more than a 12-month period of performance with a not-to-exceed amount for the task order period and shall comply with FAR clauses 52.216-18 and 52.216-19. The Contracting Officer shall ensure that Task Orders are not issued in excess of available funding for the period of performance specified.
As part of price evaluation, the Government will evaluate its option to extend services (see FAR Clause 52.217-8). The evaluation will assume that the prices for any option exercised under FAR 52.217-8 will be at the same rates as those in effect under the contract at the time the option is exercised. The evaluation will therefore assume that the addition of the price or prices of any possible extension or extensions under FAR 52.217-8 to the total price for the basic requirement and the total price for the priced options has the same effect on the total price of all quotes relative to each other, and will not affect the ranking of quotes based on price, unless, after reviewing the quotes, the Government determines that there is a basis for finding otherwise. This evaluation will not obligate the Government to exercise any option under FAR 52.217-8.
