This document is a presolicitation notice for an open-continuous solicitation seeking nursing home services across seven states in the Midwest region. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 15 intends to issue the solicitation on or around January 1, 2020 for an estimated two-year period. Interested offerors should monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website for the full solicitation and any amendments.
