We would like to understand how this number was calculated. – We have had an increase of people using services and more people are using this service with using the 3 paid sessions.

· In the pricing section, there is no line item for program management. All EAP accounts should have a dedicated program manager who is responsible for coordinating with the Contracting Officer, implementation, collection and review of policies and expectations, updating our system so clinicians have access to the information they need to best service clients, Quality Assurance, program reporting and evaluation, troubleshooting, coordination of onsite events, etc. Where does this pricing go? - answer unavailable

· SOW Section II. #4. We have multiple provider offices within a 30-mile radius of Leavenworth and Topeka. This allows for us to schedule clients with a provider who best meets their needs for location, appointment time, gender preference, area of specialty, insurance accepted if long-term treatment is required, language spoken, etc. However, as the primary contractor, our office is not within this 30-mile radius requirement. Is this acceptable as long as we can demonstrate our provider offices? - yes

· SOW Section II. #5. “The contractor’s staff shall have a master’s level Ph.D. credentials”. Please clarify this means master’s level OR Ph.D. credentials. Typically, clinicians have one or the other, not both. - answer unavailable

The cost of each referral (or case) will vary based on case type (self-referral, supervisory referral, mandatory referral, work-life), the number of sessions used, the risk level (high or low) and urgency level (emergent, urgent or routine). - answer unavailable

· There is no mention of online resources. We typically offer a web-portal for a library of online resources related to EAP, Work-Life and well-being topics. Is this of interest? Where should pricing be presented? It would be a flat annual fee. - answer unavailable

· Please confirm you are not interested in work-life services such as legal, financial childcare and eldercare services. - answer unavailable
