C. It is anticipated that almost all survey work will occur outdoors. Each Contractor crew entering non-public areas of FHCC buildings must be escorted by at least one person with a VA-provided identification badge. The Contractor must designate and maintain at least one badged person on site during surveys if access to non-public building interiors is needed. Do not rely on VA personnel to be available for escorting. Persons designated for badging shall provide the information, fingerprinting and photographic images necessary to obtain badges. FHCC Police or the COR may request names and such information necessary to perform a background check of any Contractor personnel on site should security concerns or preventive measures arise. Lack of a badge shall not be a reason for delay of work.
