60612 United States Notice of Intent to Sole-Source an Acquisition Pursuant to FAR subpart 13.5, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. § 1901, the Government anticipates entering into sole-source procurement negotiations with Press Ganey Associates Inc. (“Press Ganey”) to provide patient treatment satisfaction data collection and analysis for the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center, 820 S Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60612.
