* = Required Field Contract Opportunity Special Notice J065 Siemens X-Ray Preventative and Corrective Maintenance 53214-1476 36C25220Q0273 N 811219 Department of Veterans Affairs Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) 115 S 84th Street, Suite 101 Milwaukee WI 53214-1476 Eileen Meyer eileen.meyer@va.gov The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. for preventative and corrective maintenance of one (1) Siemens X-Ray machine, Model YSIO Max, Serial #24087 at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, WI. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Limited Source Justification Approval and no other vendor will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM local time January 30th, 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. Information must be sent to the Contracting Officer, via email to eileen.meyer@va.gov; or mail to VAMC GLAC, 115 South 84th Street – Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214-1476; or via fax to (414) 844-4891. TELEPHONIC INQUIRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc.
