March 2010 J VISN-Wide Deionized Water/Lab Water Maintenance 53214-1476 36C25219Q0431 03-22-2019 N 811310 Department of Veterans Affairs Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) 115 S 84th Street, Suite 101 Milwaukee WI 53214-1476 5 sites within VISN 12 The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to issue RFQ 36C252-19-Q-0431 for Deionized Water at five (5) sites with VISN 12; consisting of sites located in Wisconsin and Illinois. This firm-fixed price solicitation is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the corresponding NAICS Code is 811310.

Offerors are to follow the instructions in RFQ document 36C252-19-Q-0431. An itemized quote as well as sufficient technical supporting documentation is mandatory. This supporting documentation will be used to determine whether or not the quoted items meet the requirements of the solicitation.

Quotes are due no later than 0900 Central, March 22, 2019. Telephone calls will not be accepted. All quotes are to be sent via email.
