About this file
This document is a Special Notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) for the Dayton VA Medical Center's intent to sole source the procurement of a Lumenis Digital Duet Laser. The Digital Duet Laser is needed to perform critical eye procedures for veterans, such as Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty and YAG capsulotomy, which are necessary to prevent visual disturbances and blindness.
