About this file

This document is an Amendment to a Previous Combined Solicitation for the procurement, delivery, and installation of a flight type rackless conveyor dishwasher at the Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. The vendor will also be required to disassemble, remove, and dispose of the current Hobart FT900 dishwasher.

The solicitation provides detailed functional and technical specifications for the new dishwasher, as well as requirements for the installation, delivery, and removal of the old unit. The period of performance is flexible, but the vendor must remove and dispose of the old dishwasher within 60 days of contract award, and then complete the installation of the new dishwasher within 4 weeks after the VA completes rerouting the steam pipes. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2024. Vendors must submit quotes by July 19, 2024, and the award will be made to the quote most advantageous to the government based on factors including price, technical specifications, warranty, and delivery/installation schedule.
