About this file

This document is a modification to an existing federal solicitation for preventative maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) services for Stryker Prime Stretchers at the Department of Veterans Affairs Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. The period of performance is one base year with four option years. The solicitation requires the contractor to provide all labor, parts, and travel for annual PM inspections on 135 stretchers (staggered at 11-12 per month) as well as on-call CM services with a 72-hour turnaround. The modification replaces the original Statement of Work, removing any references to mattresses. The proposal due date has been extended to September 24, 2024 at 1:00pm EST.
