About this file
This amendment to a previous combined solicitation modifies a federal contract opportunity for document and media destruction services across multiple sites in Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking these services for various VA medical centers and clinics. The amendment provides answers to industry questions, updates commodity item line quantities and pricing schedules, and extends the response deadline to January 10, 2023 at 1:30 PM Eastern Time due to errors in the original posting. Offerors are instructed to submit pricing responses using the attached updated Microsoft Excel pricing template. The amendment clarifies badging requirements, sustainability procedures, and container service schedules and locations.
