The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network 10 Contracting Office has a requirement for nursing home services for the Dayton VA Medical Center catchment area to include the counties of Montgomery, Greene, Butler, Warren, Clark, Champaign, Logan, Hardin, Preble, Darke, Shelby, Auglaize, Allen, Mercer and Miami in Ohio and Wayne county in Indiana..

The Contractor shall furnish all nursing home services and supplies in accordance with the RUG IV “Levels of Care”.

Solicitation number, 36C25022R0111, is being issued as an RFP. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice and a written solicitation will be issued on or about November 7, 2023. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE acquisition for commercial items and is prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 623110, and the small business size standard is $30 Million.

THE FIRM MUST be registered and be verified in the following websites: http://www.sam.gov and https://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. NOTE: CONTRACTORS MUST BE REGISTERED PRIOR TO AWARD. Offerors MUST ensure your registrations in these websites are accurate, complete and have not expired. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for the information contractors register, nor is the Contracting Officer responsible for registering the contractors.
