About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for valet parking services at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The key details are as follows:
The amendment answers eleven questions submitted by offerors, provides a site map of the parking areas and podium location, and notes that the expected volume is 150-200 vehicles per day to be parked in 13 designated surface lot spaces or the 80-space parking garage on a non-shared basis. Video surveillance is present in the parking areas. A maximum 15-minute parking time is allowed in the circle area. Remaining keys after hours are to be delivered to the Police Watch Office across from the Emergency Department check-in area. No vehicle relocation other than to the designated parking areas is required. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment by the stated deadline to be considered technically acceptable.
