A VetBiz Search (https://vetbiz.va.gov/vip/) was conducted using NAICS Code 238220 using keyword “Chiller” which returned 33 SD/VOSB results.
Based on market research, the CO has a reasonable expectation that offers will be received from at least two capable SD/VOSB concerns, and, the CO has a reasonable expectation that award can be made at a fair and reasonable price offering best value from capable SD/VOSB concerns.
The VA Rule of Two has been met for this requirement.
