6. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS:
6.1 The Contractor is required to schedule an appropriate service date with Facilities Management two weeks in advance of performance. The service dates will be subject to short notice or immediate change based on operational needs of the affected departments. Such notice, when served on the Contractor or his representative at the work site shall be deemed sufficient for the corrective actions to be taken. If the Contractor fails or refuses to comply promptly, the Contracting Officer may issue an order stopping all or part of the work and hold the Contractor in default.
8. COMPENTENCY OF SERVICE PERSONNEL:
| 8.1 | All contractor personnel shall complete “VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior” Training at https://www.tms.va.gov/learning/user/login.jsp. The contractor shall deliver copies of the completion certificates for all contractor personnel to the COR. Referencing the line item will help you to review invoices more easily, and there will be many line items on this contract due to all the items you listed that require service. | Comment by Ortiz, Jeanne A.: Remain consistent w/ acronyms. |
| 9.2 | The Contractor shall submit all invoices related to this contract using the Tungsten/OB10 |
electronic invoicing system. Refer to http://www.va.gov/oaa/invoicing/faqs.asp for help with the electronic invoicing system.
9.3 If the Contractor fails to schedule and perform required work within the specified time interval it shall be considered non-compliance with terms of contract, and VA will deduct proportionately from payments for services missed or delayed.
