Boston Jeremy.Boston@va.gov 734-222-7154 The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 10, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price Contract for PolyAnalyst Software Support to Megaputer Intelligence Inc., 1600 W Bloomfield Rd Ste E, Bloomington, IN 47403 in accordance with FAR Part 13. This acquisition is for the National Center for Patient Safety, Ann Arbor, 24 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Lobby M, Suite 2100, Ann Arbor, MI 48105.

The Government intends to award the contract on or about October 1, 2020 to Megaputer Intelligence Inc., 1600 W Bloomfield Rd Ste E, Bloomington, IN 47403. DUNS: 061091117.

This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), requiring publication of the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for quote and no solicitation shall be made available. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) Contractors may submit a capabilities statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government shall not pay for any costs incurred by responses to this notice.
