March 2010 J BC Fire Alarm Maintenance 46240 36C25019Q0512 N 561621 Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 10 8888 Keystone Crossing Suite 1100 Indianapolis IN 46240 Toni Walker toni.walker@va.gov toni.walker@va.gov toni.walker@va.gov The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 10, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Vanguard Fire & Supply Co. for the Networked Pyrotronics MXL-IQ Fire Detection and Fire Suppression Systems. NAICS 561621 applies, the small business size standard is $20.5 Million. The Contractor shall provide all parts, materials, labor, supervision, necessary to provide Battle Creek VA Medical Center 5500 Armstrong road, Battle Creek, MI 49037-7314 Inspection, Testing, Maintenance and Repair. Anticipated award date is 05/01/2019 for a period of performance one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government after date of award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received no later than 3:30 pm on 04/23/2019 No telephone or email inquiries will be accepted.
