INTENT TO AWARD

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 6), intends to enter into a sole source procurement with Medical Graphics Corporation; 350 Oak Grove Parkway, Saint Paul, MN 55127-8507. The procurement is for preventive maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 technical support for Medical Graphics Pulmonary Function Testing Equipment.

NAICS code 811219 applies to this procurement with a size standard of $20.5 million. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to meet this requirement. Vendors must be authorized by Medical Graphics Corporation to provide preventive maintenance, repairs, and 24/7 technical support and shall provide proof to that extent. This notice of Intent is not a request for quotations. Interested parties who believe they can meet this requirement shall submit information to: Jeremy Boston, Contracting Officer, at Jeremy.Boston@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.

Responses must be received no later than 10:00 am, EST on September 7, 2018. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
