Although no competitive solicitation will be posted, any responsible source believing they can provide equivalent services may submit a capability statement by the deadline detailing how their service meets the stated requirements. The authority for sole source procurement is FAR 6.103-1 based on there being only one responsible source available to meet agency requirements.

The PSC is B537. The authority for this action is RFO FAR 6.103-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
