About this file

This presolicitation notice seeks architectural and engineering firms to provide design services for a repaving and parking lot corrections project at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical center. Firms should submit SF330 forms by February 5, 2024.

The project has a $5.8 million construction budget to repave parking lots and drives, add speed humps and signage, and upgrade emergency call stations and landscaping. The contract will be set aside for a service-disabled veteran-owned small business. Design services will include schematic, design development, and construction documentation phases. Construction period services such as submittal review and site visits are also required. The selected firm must follow VA standards and be familiar with requirements for accessibility, life safety, and project closeout deliverables.
