About this file

This special notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 9 communicates the intent to sole source a single award contract to Cardinal Health 414 LLC for the provision of Lymphoseek and F-18 FDG radiopharmaceuticals. The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract would have a performance period of October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2028. Cardinal Health 414 LLC is identified as the only responsible source able to provide the required brand name radiopharmaceuticals due to proprietary rights over Lymphoseek and capacity to provide F-18 FDG from a third party in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties are invited to submit information by September 8, 2023 demonstrating how competition would be advantageous to the government. Responses should address business size and socioeconomic status as well as authorization to provide the original equipment manufacturer parts required.
