A: See RFQ page 23 C.9 VAAR 852.219-74 Limitations on Subcontracting.

5. Q: Is the contractor responsible for consolidation of the containers generated around the facility or will they be in one central location?

A: One central location on current contract

A: Call and make arrangements for shipping. A rare occasion.

7. Q: Under section C and Section K of the SOW references Bar code scanning, if the individual containers are tracked with software and lists containers from each location by count and weight and are labeled is a bar code truly necessary A: Bar code scanning is a requirement. See RFQ page 8, General Requirements.

Please estimate gas fluctuation into your Quote. In case of major gas price increase, Gas receipt must be submitted for reimbursement consideration.
