About this file
This document is an amendment to a federal solicitation providing answers to questions from potential offerors. The solicitation is for pest control services at the Louisville VAMC and eight associated clinics located in Kentucky. Services include regular monthly treatments at the main VAMC campus as well as emergency response for issues like bed bugs or wasp infestations at the clinics. Over the past year there have been approximately 70 bed bug treatments and 15-20 after-hours service requests across all sites. The incumbent contractor currently spends 10-15 hours per month performing services. The closing date for responses has not changed from the original solicitation.
