Question: 2. Will the Veterans Administration consider past performance of subcontractors?

Question 4. The solicitation looks like a regular sealed bid construction contract, but the scope of work refers to “GSA

Answer: This is sealed bid.

Question 5. Is there a list of equipment or specifications on what is to be replaced? All I see on the scope of work is

“Contractor is to replace the existing breakers and disconnects with the latest generation of the same platform Square D 480V switchgear breakers and disconnects.”

Answer: Equipment will be replaced in like and kind as covered in the walkthrough.

Question 6. I was wondering if you knew if you were looking to replace any scrap equipment for this project? If so, would you have the specs on it?
