The RFP is anticipated for release on November 2, 2026, with a service start date of February 1, 2027. Offerors must identify and submit named key personnel, including substitute/backup radiologists, with their initial proposals. Proposed radiologists will not require full credentialing and privileging before contract award; these requirements will be completed after award but prior to service commencement. The contractor must complete all onboarding documents and requirements within 60 days of award notification, with VetPro onboarding beginning within 3 days of first notification. The RFP will be posted on SAM.gov and will not be individually emailed to interested parties. No response to this presolicitation notice is required, though offerors may voluntarily provide an expression of interest.
