This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research to identify all qualified and capable sources for the requirement described below. This notice is not a solicitation, and no proposals are being requested at this time. The Government will use responses to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including whether the requirement can be set aside for identify qualified and capable sources (all business sizes, including SDVOSB, VOSB, and other small business categories) for the requirements described herein.
The Bay Pines VAHCS requires a contractor shall deliver, install, configure, calibrate, integrate, and train users on a fully functional AlignRT and DoseRT system. The system must be fully compatible with:
· simRT system
· GE Discovery RT CT Scanner
· Varian Edge Linear Accelerator
· MMI Interface, DICOM workflows, and Single Sign-On (SSO)
Required Equipment and Software The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, software and supervision necessary to perform:
· AlignRT Camera System
· Three (3) VisionRT Camera Units
· AlignRT Workstation and Offline Workstation
· AlignRT Software (3-camera support)
· AlignRT Patient Tracking Software
· DICOM RT Import Module
· Physical Calibration Plate
· Portable Remote Device
· Real-Time Coach
· Couch-Mounted Wireless Device with Clamp
· 6DoF Couch Control License (Varian Perfect Pitch)
· DoseRT System with Two (2) Cherenkov Cameras
· Perpetual Software Licenses for Cherenkov Imaging
4. Required Services The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform:
· Full installation and implementation
· Optical setup, calibration, and optimization (three-camera vault)
· Integration with oncology workflow and VistA/CPRS
· Clinician and HTM/Clinical Engineering training
· Go-Live support
· Joint inspection and acceptance with the COR
· One-year manufacturer warranty on parts and labor, including travel
· Removal and disposal of packing materials/trade-in equipment (if applicable) Performance Timeline
· Delivery must not occur more than 20 days before installation
· Full integration with VistA/CPRS must be completed within 90 days of award
· If system downtime exceeds 24 hours, warranty must be extended equal to downtime
5. Contractor Qualifications Respondents must demonstrate the following:
· Experience installing AlignRT/DoseRT or equivalent SGRT and Cherenkov systems
· Experience integrating with Varian Edge, GE Discovery RT CT, and simRT systems
· Ability to provide all required software modules and perpetual licenses
· Ability to provide onsite clinical and HTM training
· Prior compliance with VA cybersecurity requirements (VA Handbook 6500.6)
6. Required Response Content (5–8 pages) Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement including the following sections:

Potential candidates having the capabilities necessary to provide the above stated supplies at a fair and reasonable price are invited to respond to this Sources Sought Notice via e-mail to Timothy Felix at timothy.felix@va.gov no later than April 20, 2026, at 1:00PM (EST).
RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: Company name, address, SAM Unique Entity Identifier and business size; point of contact name, phone number, and e-mail address, whether services are presently offered on a current GSA Federal Supply Schedule contract. NAICS Code 334510, Size Standard: 1,250 employees are applicable to determine business size standard. Any questions or concerns may also be directed via email to Timothy Felix at timothy.felix@va.gov. No question accepted after no later than April 20, 2026, at 1:00PM (EST).
