CONSOLIDATED RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
1. To ensure vendors have enough time to create a complete and high-quality response to this request, will VA Caribbean consider extending the due date to 12/19? We would like to get everything in before the holiday break but still allow time for the government to accept and give an initial review of responses before the end of year.
ANSWER: Reference page one, block 11 and block 14.
2. What is intended by "middleware".
ANSWER: Reference page two, for definition for Middleware and update to the statement of work.
