About this file
This document contains a request for information tracking log and related federal contract opportunity solicitation for design-build renovation services. The tracking log addresses six questions from an offeror relating to the scope of work, including confirmation that 120 calendar days are allotted for construction with the eye clinic to be completed within 60 days, flush installation of new audio booths with the existing floor, responsibility for relocating existing utilities, provision of as-built drawings via a shared link, and allowance for one individual to perform multiple construction roles. The federal contract opportunity solicitation seeks proposals for design and construction services at the Orlando VA Medical Center to renovate an eye and audiology clinic. The 100% SDVOSB set-aside has a magnitude between $2,000,000 to $5,000,000, NAICS 236220, and 314-day period of performance upon notice to proceed. Proposals are due for a two-phase evaluation and award under FAR Parts 15 and 36.
