1. Will the VA provide power for the contractors test equipment. No.

2. Will the VA move test equipment into location for the contractor. No.

3. Does the B.2 Price/ Cost Schedule in the solicitation request prices for the complete scope of work annually? . Yes. The cost schedule in the solicitation will be included for the complete scope of work for that year.

4. Will the work be administrated per the Item Schedule and invoiced per the unit prices? Yes. The work will be administered per the item schedule and invoiced per the unit prices.

5. Does the Item Schedule need to be submitted with the bid? Yes. The schedule will need to be submitted with the bid.
