About this file

This document is an amendment to a previous combined solicitation for mental health office furniture at the Bay Pines Veterans Affairs Medical Center. The solicitation seeks to replace furniture in patient rooms and common areas over four phases, with delivery required as soon as possible to minimize disruption. Questions and answers are provided to clarify that secured furniture must be caulked to the floor with anti-pick caulk, wall bases cut for fit, and existing furniture removed and disposed of by the contractor. Delivery of all phases' furniture must go to the on-site warehouse initially before installation in phases, with timing of phases to be determined post-award. Loading docks and freight elevators are available at project sites.
