4. Where these services are to be performed? Between VAMCs locations: Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 S.W. Archer Road, Gainesville FL 32608, and Lake City VA Medical Center, 619 S. Marion Avenue, Lake City FL 32025

7. What is the vehicle size currently servicing this location? Compact to Midsize vehicles

8. Will the government provide a SF 1449 form, or should we submit an offer without it? There is no 1449 per 13.105. Contractor will need to follow the instructions on the combine synopsis for submission of all required documents.

9. Do you accept CPARs evaluations as additional Past Performance information? Pursuant to page 43 of the combined synopsis that was posted on SAM.gov, it provides guidance for past performance.

10. Regarding specific employees’ information: It is common practice for small businesses that the drivers, cars, and other equipment used for a contract are not sourced until after an award has been made, for cost effectiveness and to reduce loss. However, we will be forwarding our standard Training Certificates-Procedures for your reference, is this information acceptable? By submitting a quote, contractors are stating their capability to carry out the requirement sought. Please refer to SOW, evaluation criteria, and B.2 Price/Cost Schedule’s POP.

11. Regarding evaluation factors for the price Volume: we usually like to provide a “Pricing realism” cost break-down, to include SCA minimum per year, the number of drivers, hours and miles that are estimated to be required for performance, and other costs. Is it acceptable that we forward this Pricing Realism chart with our Price response? This is a Firm-Fixed Price under FAR 13. It will be evaluated in accordance with what’s in the evaluation criteria. If additional information is provided by the contractor that is voluntary, and not required.
