DESCRIPTION
Document Review
1. Is this a new requirement?
Yes
1. Do you happen to have a budget for this?
We do not have a budget at this time.
1. The past performance is asking for 3 VA related experience. We have not done any VA federal contract, however, we are performing these services reviewing VA medical documents and conducting continuous audits on documents for litigation purposes and more throughout the US. Due to us having no contract, does this disqualify us from this solicitation?
If you do not have relevant VA experience it will not be used against you. Provide experience that is relevant regardless of whether it is VA experience or not.
1. We price our document review services based on the number of pages in each patient record. For example, reviewing up to 200 pages is one price, up to 500 is another. Do you happen to have the number of pages on average the documents are? It will be difficult to price this out without knowing that. Or we can provide you with a cost based on your average total pages and include an additional price if over the average number. This will be separate. For example, if your average number of pages is 500, we can provide you with a cost for 500 pages and then an additional cost for every 50-100 pages over that cost. Will that work?
The numbers we have provided are estimates per year. You can provide a pricing scheme that differs from our RFQ but we will need it broken into cost per Base Year, Option 1, 2, 3, and 4 and total price.
1. The presentations, are they all remote? Will you require any on-site? If you do require on-site, will it be only at the location provided in the solicitation?
There will most likely be on-boarding procedures so on-site work will be required. The work will be located at the address provided.
1. you have an accuracy level of goal of 95%. You mentioned that the increase percentage goal is between 3-5%, will this be the expected increase goal every 6 months.
Since this is a new requirement for us we will provide an amount of time for the new contractor to get proficient. This can be discussed with the customer after award.
1. t2. Are the quantities listed in in the table spanning page 1 & 2 annual? Are they maximum quantities? Are they guaranteed?
The quantities listed are yearly estimates.
1. Will the government be providing Attachment 3?
There is not an Attachment 3. The instructions are provided in the document.
1. Will the staff need to access VA systems with a PIV card?
Yes a PIV Card will be required to access our internal systems.
This requirement is being offered as Full and Open Competition. This is not an SDVOSB set-aside.
To All this amendment was delayed due to a system crash , the due date for quotes is not extended at this time.
