The site is heavily overgrown and will need to be bush hogged. The Sow did not mention anything about how the site is to be left. After foundation removal, do we need to bring in fill to backfill voids? No way to know what the existing grade is due to the overgrowth.
Backfill is neccesary and original Civil Drawings attached for reference to show exsisting grade

For the Salvage of the Structural Steel (Sect.1.1.4 page 4 of 10 of RFQ) Need to clarify this requirement as they said that they likely would want some of the MEP equipment on site and mentioned the Structural Steel to salvage. Which structural steel(steel tube columns/beams.i-beams, bar joist, etc.) is to be salvaged and is it to be demolished and stockpiled on site as scrap metal or dismantled for reuse? Some of the steel tube columns are quite tall (30+'). This makes a huge difference in cost.
There is also quite a bit of metal studs, door frames, window frames, etc. stored in the building. Is any of this to be saved?
everything will be decontructed and removed by the contractor and considered the contractors property. All materials will be salvaged or recycled by the contractor. The one exception will be the cement storm drain piping. It will be moved and stacked neatly and remain on the site.
