· Can you please clarify the 850 locations pertains to reusable sharps containers and not a combination of sharps container and RMW bins? (Yes Sharps only and correction there are 885 locations)

· How many 28-gallon or 32-gallon reusable RMW bins are in use at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center? (There are 95 gallons RMW (toters) bins 50 clean and 50 in use and EMS Staff transports these to the secure locked location outside the trash dock)

2.Each special function item for the 850 locations of containers, such as, but not limited to, funnel tops, traps, wall cabinets and related hardware, will be supplied by the contractor at no additional cost to the medical center.

· How many 17-gallon sharps containers require Hamper Tops? (50 17-gallon Hamper Tops)

5. Contractor will provide carts with casters to hold sharps required to be on the floor and holders for the 2-gallon sharps container to be placed on counters.

· How many 2-gallon sharps containers countertop stability bases are required? (There are 427 2 gallon wall sharps containers)

· How many 8-gallon sharps containers require to be placed into a floor dolly/cart with casters? (There are 11 8-gallon dollies and 109 8-gallon step-on)

· How many 8-gallon sharps containers require to be placed into a step-on dolly/cart with casters? (There are 40 8-gallon funnel tops)

· How many 17-gallon sharps containers require to be placed into a floor dolly/cart with casters? (There are 129 17-gallon floor dolly/carts)
