Text version

1. How and when will drawings showing the routing of the existing ductwork be provided?

We are trying to obtain the drawings however if they cannot be provided a site visit was held on 15 August 2019

2. The condition of the ductwork is unknown (except to the current cleaner). Very often the ductwork is not cleaned properly and heavy grease buildup has occurred that will require resources (extra chemicals, fuel and labor) in excess of what is required to normally clean a properly maintained duct. What will be the protocol for handling additional compensation in this situation (if applicable)?

If there is an issue with heavy buildup it will be addressed at the time the issue occurs.

3. What company is currently performing these services?

Adams Pressure Washing

4. How many years were completed on the previous contract by the incumbent?

5 Years

5. What is the value of the current contract including the base year and all exercised options?

That will need to be requested via FOIA request
