This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This does not constitute a solicitation. The information gathered from this request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay for, any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice.
The purpose of this notice is to identify business entities capable of providing service that will ensure the safe operations of the building automation system (BAS) and maintain the building automation assets controlling HVAC equipment. The equipment at several locations on the
Baldwin and Lake Nona campuses are required for the continuation of mechanical operations of the HVAC equipment and maintenance services. Service shall include, but not limited to, labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and material necessary for complete inspections, software repairs and servicing of the Metasys program. The maintenance will cover maintenance and troubleshooting of the BAS and resolve issues with the software to ensure the BAS is fully functional and help to keep the Medical Center in compliance with the Joint Commission
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) identifier for this service is
238220, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) contractors.
Federal supply holders, small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, HUBZone small business, small disadvantaged business, women-owned small business and large business concerns may respond by submitting a qualifications letter stating the following information:

2. Capability Statement (include exact items stated in this notice)
3. Socioeconomic classification of business entity.
