1. Line 0022A. The unit of issue is “MO.” Its subsequent line items in the option years (1022A, 2022A, 3022A, 4022A) are “CY.” I am assuming (but would like some confirmation) that 0022A should be
“CY” and not “MO.” Both 0022A and the option years 1022A, 2022A, 3022A, 4022A should be “MO” for monthly
2. I noticed that the quantities for CLINs 0014 and 0015 are the same; even though one is yearly and the other is monthly. 0014 is for the rental and 0015 is for the refill. Just making sure this is what the
Government/customer intends to do. For CLINs lines 0014 and 0015, the unit of measures are monthly and cylinder. We estimate we will maintain 600 cylinders on site per month, and replace 600 cylinders each month.
3. In CLIN 0015 and its subsequent option years, I think you made a slight typo in having the last item
0016H and not 0015H. Not a big deal, just FYI in case you get bids back with some strange SUB-CLIN numbers. In CLINs line 0015, sub line 0016H, it was a typo and should read 0015H
4. Our General Manager notes there is an emergency delivery fee. Do you all plan on having a separate delivery fee or is that incorporated in the cylinder price. His main crux is how do we incorporate the delivery fee? A separate delivery fee in addition to the rental and cylinder costs
5. Are you all only considering bids from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses at this point in time? Yes.
6. 0004A and 0004B KTank Carbon Dioxide(refill) our supplier is saying this is a 50 pound tank, which is correct? 0004A and 0004B KTanks are Carbon Dioxide 60LB K Type Cylinders
7. 0028 Argon 20 Liter (refill) 20 liter does not exist are you needing a 33A Cylinder?
CLINs line 0028 is referencing an Argon UHP 20 cylinder
8. 0042 Oxygen Tank 16 liter (refill) 16 liter does not exist are you needing a M6? Yes, M6.
9. Can you clarify if CLIN 0004 Carbon Dioxide and CLIN 0006 Nitrogen are Industrial or Medical grade? Medical Grade
10. 0029 is listed as Argon 20 liter, should this be Argon UHP 20? Yes. Argon UHP 20 liter cylinder
11. Is CLIN 0031 Helium UHP grade? Yes, UHP grade
12. Can we change CLIN 0042 (base year) to 0042A for Lake Nona and 0042B for Lake Baldwin, to stay consistent with the option year CLIN numbers? Yes. The CLINs line 0042, 0042, and 0442A had a typo.
Corrected to reflect 0042, 0042A, 0042B.
13. We found that the quantities on Revision 1 are different on the option years than the base year; is there a reason for this? There was an error in the quantities between the base and option years. The option year CLINs have been updated to reflect the correct quantities. Use revision 2 for your quotes.
