About this file

This document is a Vendor Questions file related to a dental plaster trap cleaning services solicitation for the Atlanta VA Medical Center. The solicitation (36C24726Q0117) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside contract for base services plus four option years. The questions and answers reveal details about existing plaster traps at different facilities, noting variations between locations such as steel traps at Ft. McPherson and Atlanta VA Clinic, and disposable traps at Cobb and Oakwood locations. Specifically, the document indicates that plaster trap replacement was not originally included in the contract submission, and existing traps have limited identification, with one reference to Olson Laboratories 3/12 Gallon traps. The contract is managed by Contracting Officer Ashley Stewart and is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 7.
