DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7)
DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice to provide a Grease Trap Cleaning Service for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC). The Uptown Division and Downtown located in Augusta, GA.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes to provide a Grease Trap Cleaning Service for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (CNVAMC). The Uptown Division is located at 1 Freedom Way, Augusta, GA 30904 and the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center Augusta, GA, Downtown Division at 950 15th Street, Augusta, GA 30901. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, equipment, supplies, and materials required for services for the Grease Trap Cleaning Service.
Request for Quote# 36C24726Q0087 for this effort which will be issued on Open Market as SDVOSB Set-Aside, will be posted to SAM (https://sam.gov/) on or about Oct. 28, 2025. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 562998: All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services; Size Standard: $16.5 Million.
All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/) prior to submitting a quote.
Quotes are tentatively scheduled to be due on Nov. 13, 2025 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date).
