This is being solicited as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and the daily hours are in the PWS but there are no peak periods within the daily hours.

8.Should there be a separate CLIN for wait times in 15 minutes increments exceeding the 30 minute grace period?

Line item 0006,1006,2006,3006,and 4006 have been added to the price schedule for wait times to be billed in ¼ hour increments.

9.In section B.3, you have the units as EA (Each) with a quantity listed. Does the "Quantity" mean how many people, how many trips or how many miles total in the Ordering Period?

The quantity is the number of estimated trips per ordering period.

10.Is there any incumbent on this project or this is a brand-new project. If yes, could you please provide us with the previous award number, or if these services have been purchased in past.

Could reimbursing for lost time after 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes be consider?

Additionally, the statement mentions a rate specified in the PRICE SCHEDULE, but there is no waiting time listed as a line item on the PRICE SCHEDULE. Can waiting time be added to the

PRICE SCHEDULE?

No, change for the wait time lost to remain 30 minutes.

21.Page 14, Section 5.2.6, refers to Emergency Patient Transport Requests; however, this solicitation is for wheelchair transportation, not emergency transportation.
