DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 07 (NCO 7)
DESCRIPTION: This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice to provide a Vertical Fire Pump Overhaul service for the Birmingham VAMC in Birmingham, AL.
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends on soliciting for quotes to provide a Vertical Fire Pump Overhaul service for the Birmingham VAMC, located at 700 South 19th Street Birmingham, AL 35233. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13 Procedures.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, equipment, supplies, and materials required for services to the Vertical Fire Pump Overhaul.
Request for Quote# 36C24725Q0863 for this effort which will be issued on Open Market as SDVOSB Set-Aside, will be posted to SAM (https://sam.gov/) on or about July 30, 2025. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications and information necessary to quote the project.
The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811310; Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance; Size Standard: $12.5 Million.
All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/) prior to submitting a quote.
Quotes are tentatively scheduled to be due on August 12, 2025 (see solicitation when available for specific time/date).
