The project requires a qualified contractor to inspect bolted connections across the facility's interconnected buildings, focusing on high-pressure steam systems, with specific requirements including bi-weekly progress reports, a final comprehensive report with an Excel-based database, and photographic documentation. The survey must be completed within 180 calendar days, with technical proposals evaluated based on experience with steam/hot water systems (30%), personnel qualifications (25%), prior project performance (20%), proposed methodology (15%), and proposal clarity (10%).
