PEST CONTROL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS-36C24724Q0787

1. Would the government please list the required Alabama pest control categories for the statement of work? Categories have been added to the updated solicitation:

IIHC

HPC&HPB

WDS &WDC (termite)

WT

Mosquito Control

1. Regarding Termite baiting systems, would the government advise if a sentricon system is required when numerous Termite baiting systems are approved by EPA and can be warrantied? We’ve used Sentricon in that past, however, it is not required the system be “Sentricon”

1. Would the government please advise if the prime contractor is required to be licensed in all pest control license categories per the statement of work requirements? License and permits are required from the prime contractor, if the prime contractor subcontracts they both need to obtain the license/permits.

1. Would the government please clarify if a certified K-9 team is required for bed bug inspections? We prefer a follow up inspection by canine is accomplished following a bed bug infestation and treatment. Please note, we rarely have an “infestation”.
