The contract encompasses recurring preventive maintenance services including fuel/energy surcharges, annual PM with parts and labor, conductivity readings and data recording, flow and pressure adjustments, pump inspections, Silt Density Index (SDI) testing, prefilter maintenance and replacement, and distribution loop cleaning and sanitization. The scope also includes specific OEM consumable and replacement parts such as depth filter cartridges, UV lamps and components, test strips, sanitizing agents, and mixed-bed deionization media tanks. The contract award is scheduled for on or about October 7, 2026. Interested parties may submit capability statements within three calendar days of publication (by October 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time) to Contract Specialist Cedric Frasier at cedric.frasier@va.gov.
