The project involves the replacement of domestic water, chilled water, and steam piping at the facility located at 508 Fulton Street. The contractor must replace Priority 1 piping systems in Buildings 1 and 23 at the Durham VA Health Care System while providing phasing coordination to minimize operational disruptions. The contractor is responsible for supplying all supervision, materials, labor, equipment, transportation, testing, and storage necessary to complete the work.
