Schedules with MS Project will be regularly sent to the COR upon project initiation and whenever significant changes occur in the schedule. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.00. The A-E will provide an initial estimate of cost to perform the work described in the SOW and will design only those items that can be provided within the cost limitation.
